The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has released the Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test JHTET Admit Card 2026 for Paper I (Class I-V) and Paper II (Class VI-VIII) candidates. The OMR based eligibility test is scheduled on 01 November 2026, while the online application window remained open from 21 April 2026 to 20 July 2026 (Extended). Application fee is Rs. 1300/- for General / BC / EWS candidates appearing in a single paper and Rs. 1500/- for both papers, whereas SC / ST candidates pay Rs. 700/- and Rs. 800/- respectively. This is purely an eligibility test, hence no post-wise vacancy count has been notified and the age limit is governed strictly by JAC Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test Rules 2026 (Advt No : JAC/JTET/2406/24-Secy/258/26).
